Between the preparations for the wedding, and the general tiredness, Apple needed this. Just a day at the park. The snow had been cleared away and the weather was warm.

"This is the life," said Apple, stretching out as she sat in the park with Amelie, surrounded by Amelie's Pokemon as she set out a picnic basket. "Just the kind of day to relax and have fun."

"I made apple treats," she added. "I got some pear things too as well."

"Yeah I am," replied Megumin, chewing on the food. "I cast explosion every morning on that abandoned castle."

Jeanne considers this for a second before putting her treat down and leaning a bit so she's off the blanket. With just a slight gagging sound, she spits out several large, round seeds. Amelie blinks a few times, frowning slightly.

"Jeanne...did you have to do that right now? You could have waited a bit."

Jeanne's expression is a mixture of realization and embarrassment, pretty much indicating that no, it hadn't even occurred to her.

"Uh...sorry, Felice. I just kind of wanted her opinion, is all? S'not like I could ask Tama-chan, you know what she's like."

There's a pause as Amelie raises one hoof in admonishment before stopping as the last part sinks in, causing her to look to the side and grumble to herself a bit before turning back to Megumin.

"Megumin? Jeanne's seeds are explosives, after you finish eating I think she'd like to get your opinion on them."

"Huh? Oh sure, I wouldn't mind at all!"

Strange place to put seeds as Megumin chewed through her tarte. "So you two just having a nice picnic and let me join in? And those monsters with you, they're your uh... Pokemon right?"

"Nice to meet you Jeanne." she added.

Jeanne nods bashfully at the greeting and Amelie smiles.

"Well, this was mostly just a way for my Pokemon to get to know Apple, so another person is no problem at all!"

All Amelie had planned for this picnic was conversation and some light cuddling, so it's not like Megumin's presence is interrupting anything. In fact, she's already curled up at Apple's side. (She can move very quickly when she wants to.)

"Joyuese is still hunting, but...would you like to meet Hunter?"

At the mention of her name, the shiny Rattata perks up, ears wiggling.

"Yeah Igetcha, that's pretty cool." She grinned at Apple for a moment before adding, "I need to get you two something for your wedding."

"Oh cool, a mouse!" Exclaimed Megumin, stooping down to look at Hunter. "Aww, your Pokemon are all really cute."

Turning to Jeanne, she said, "You might be able to get a bigger yield of explosion if you decide to dry them or maybe plant them into seeds. And then explode the whole lot in a shower of awesome and petals."
