Where: Smack dab in the middle of Ponyville. And around Ponyville. And maybe a little outside Ponyville too.

It all happened in a flash. Short earthquakes and aftershocks rocked some of the buildings in Ponyville as a magical explosion wreaked its own brand of havoc across Equestria. Once the dust settled, however, the Ponyville ponies realized that there were some newcomers in their midst. Ones that were definitely not there before the explosion. So where did they come from, and how did they get here? Did the explosion bring them here?

Luckily, the actual damage from the earthquakes was minor, and there were no actual downed buildings, just some that were now slightly cracked and in need of repairs.

The natives slowly closed in on the newcomers, warily eyeing them and wondering what their intentions were. But rather than looking angry or upset, they just looked confused and curious. Why not introduce yourselves to them, and to each other?

The official royal welcome wagon might even show up soon!

Anyone that might know Twilight from the normal world might have a moment of pause when they realize that she has wings, but no horn. Her cutie mark, on the other hand, would make it quite obvious to anyone from her human world that she was, in fact, the human Twilight, and she was actually getting along alright with the whole 'walking on four legs' deal.

She was still wobbly and having issues, but after a few minutes of advice from other native ponies (who were very, very confused) and some of her friends, she had managed to find a method of walking that worked for her.

However, she was still prone to bumping into people, and she'd instantly apologize if she wound up doing so.

"A-Ah, I'm sorry! Are you alright?"

GASP. "Twilight! You're here too!"

Have a huge hug that sounded like a squeeze toy going off, Pinkie danced around with Twilight in her arms. "You're here, you're here, GASP, you must be my overpowered isekai item!"

"Or wait, that'd be too convenient," remarked Pinkie suddenly.

[madtwience]

Pinkie managed to get the jump on Twilight, even with her over-the-top exclamation, and she jolted a little in surprise. She tried to hug back, but found it difficult while being bounced around with.

"A-Ah! It's good to see you too, Pinkie. ... I-Isekai item?" Pinkie, please explain, she's a bit confused.

[usedpartycannon]

"Yeah, I'm granted one overpowered thing to help me quest. Best I can figure that's you!" SQUEEZETOY NOISE.

"Or wait, Sunset and Rainbow Dash are here too. I wonder if we're just in another world instead of isekai... Probably the former than the latter."

[madtwience]

"When... did you hear that?" Twilight, you should know not to question Pinkie--

"I mean, we're all ponies, so I guess we're in... Equestria...?" The locales felt very familiar to her, considering the most recent incident in her mind...

"Duh, we have our geodes with us!" Exclaimed Pinkie, showing off the geode around her neck. "We all can do things here too!"

"Yeah, it's pretty cool here. I mean, I'm not getting a wifi signal though but that'll be fine." Added Pinkie.

[madtwience]

"Geodes...?" Pinkie might notice that Twilight has nothing of the sort. "I'm confused. When did you all get geodes?"

"During camp, duh!" Exclaimed Pinkie. "oooooh wait, are you from a different time period?"

I tried to resist, but I just had to...

Skyfire was a touch surprised to feel someone smack into his tail and twisted around to look at her and nod. He looked a little concerned, since he hadn't noticed her there and was rather worried that he might have accidentally hurt her instead.

"I'm alright, but are you? I'm sorry, I didn't see you there."

What might not surprise Skyfire is the look of terror the pony was giving him right now. But after a few seconds, she shook her head, getting over some of her fright.

"I-I'm alright. I wasn't looking where I was going." She had a very large, very nervous smile on. "S-Sorry about that. But... you're really a big dragon? I'm not hallucinating?"

She's not running away screaming, fainting or attacking him, so it's all good as far as he's concerned.

"It's alright, really. As long as you're okay." He gives her a sheepish smile, trying to look as nonthreatening as possible. "Ah, yes I am..." Or at least he was here and had been called one back in his own world for a long time, so might as well just go with it. "As long as I'm not orange, with green stripes and yellow polka-dots, I think you're fine?" It's a terrible joke, but hey, he's trying to diffuse some of that fear of him.

"Wow." She could hardly believe it. "So dragons are real! And I guess other creatures too, that we'd never see in our own world..."

She looked at one of her hooves, and then back to Skyfire.

"W-Well, uh, it's nice to meet you, Mr. Dragon! I'm Twilight. Twilight Sparkle."

Finally tags this /sheepish look

"At least they are here and where I'm from... I can't guarantee it's true everywhere however... but who knows?" He chuckles a bit. "I never thought talking ponies were real..."

"It's nice to meet you Twilight. My name is Skyfire." He looks at his own paws, considers the size difference and then sighs while looking a touch unsure. "Errr... I'll admit, I'm not really sure what's considered to be polite for a cross species greeting here..." 'Hand' shake? 'Hoof' bump? He has no clue.

[badassfreakingoverlord]

"Hey, Twilight," the Overlord said as he strolled on past.

One skipped record-needle later, the Overlord backed right the hell up to look at the pony in obvious confusion.

"...Well, that's not right."

[madtwience]

"O-Oh, hi.... uh..." He walked away.

And then was back.

"Wh-what isn't? I-I mean, I am Twilight."

[badassfreakingoverlord]

"Oh, I figured that." He'd run into what -- two, three, four? He'd lost count back in the other Equestria. "But the Twilights I all know are generally horn for sure, wings for maybe. Which means you're definitely not one of the Twilights I know."

Pity, that, but the Overlord bore it all as if this was par for the course. Which, really, it was.

[goalriff]

"Twilight!"

No bumps here, this Dash did spy her out from above though. She flies down to tackle her friend.

"Almost everyone from CHS is here."

[madtwience]

"Wah-!" The tackle was super effective! "Almost everyone? Who didn't show up?"

[shiningkindness]

Her wings fluffed out in surprise, but as she turned around she sucked in a breath. "O-Oh...! Twilight!"

Twilight blinked for a moment, and then-- "Fluttershy? Is that you?"
