Newcomers and veterans alike, welcome to the world of ponies!
Who: YOU. And you. And you. And everyone!
What: What just happened!? You've been transported into the world of ponies, that's what.
When: November 10th
Where: Smack dab in the middle of Ponyville. And around Ponyville. And maybe a little outside Ponyville too.
Rating: You know you.
(Pssst. Check out the story so far to get an idea for what's happened prior to this point!)
It all happened in a flash. Short earthquakes and aftershocks rocked some of the buildings in Ponyville as a magical explosion wreaked its own brand of havoc across Equestria. Once the dust settled, however, the Ponyville ponies realized that there were some newcomers in their midst. Ones that were definitely not there before the explosion. So where did they come from, and how did they get here? Did the explosion bring them here?
Luckily, the actual damage from the earthquakes was minor, and there were no actual downed buildings, just some that were now slightly cracked and in need of repairs.
The natives slowly closed in on the newcomers, warily eyeing them and wondering what their intentions were. But rather than looking angry or upset, they just looked confused and curious. Why not introduce yourselves to them, and to each other?
The official royal welcome wagon might even show up soon!

This is what most ponies would hear as they pass by Fluttershy, who was curled up as she leaned against the wall of a nearby building. Which probably wasn't anything unusual to those who might know Fluttershy, who was probably made anxious by the tremors, the explosion, and all the sudden newcomers flooding the town.
Some closer inspection, though, might show something a bit different about Fluttershy. Though she seemed to be trying to hide behind her mane, the butterfly clip kept her hair tucked back and away from her face. And those able to get close enough might notice the butterflies on her cutie mark weren't the same color.
At the moment, though...someone should probably check to see if she's all right.

Amelie’s fairly certain this is going to be another Grunkle Stan/Pinkie Pie scenario, but that’s still her friend so she has to do something.

"...I...I-I'm sorry...H-Have we...met?"
no subject
“It was a different world and a different Fluttershy, I expect. My name’s Amelie, it’s nice to meet you.”
no subject
"I-It's...nice to meet you, Amelie. D-Did...you say a different Fluttershy? Was it...the one native to Equestria? Princess Twilight's Fluttershy?"
no subject
“I believe so? She did indicate that she had always been a pony, at least.”
Pause.
“...does that mean you are from, ah...Canterlot High?”

He hesitates a moment, but finally gives in and steps over carefully to at least try and check on her. "Are you alright?" She's clearly upset, but whether or not she wants his help, that's another question entirely.
no subject
She knew what dragons were, of course, but...seeing one in person was entirely different.
"I-I...I-I'm not sure...what's happening...or...how I got here."

"You're not the only one, I'll try and help if you'd like me to, but you need to take a few deep breaths and try to calm down a little." Skyfire sounds somewhat concerned, slightly worried she might stress herself into passing out.

"Will it make you feel any safer if I offer to sit with you until you either feel better, you find someone you know, or someone local that you think you can trust to help you?"
Skyfire doesn't think that he'll be much help beyond that, but he'll try if she wants him to stay longer.

"I-If...that's okay...I-I don't...want to keep you from anything..."

Dash frowns a bit from above - she had been scouting around for the rest of her friends. She immediately flies down to land next to 'Shy.
"Fluttershy?"
no subject
"R-Rainbow Dash?"
no subject
She's offering a "Blanket of Safety" and a cookie.

Hesitating for a moment, she then carefully takes the blanket first, awkwardly trying to hold it between two hooves and having a bit of trouble unfolding it. "Thanks."
no subject
"Did you get here at the same time I did?"
no subject
That might not entirely be the blanket, though.
"Gosh, I don't know. When did you get here?"
no subject
"Hmm... I think it was the explosion? I dunno I just sort of blinked and here I am!"
