What: What just happened!? You've been transported into the world of ponies, that's what.

Where: Smack dab in the middle of Ponyville. And around Ponyville. And maybe a little outside Ponyville too.

It all happened in a flash. Short earthquakes and aftershocks rocked some of the buildings in Ponyville as a magical explosion wreaked its own brand of havoc across Equestria. Once the dust settled, however, the Ponyville ponies realized that there were some newcomers in their midst. Ones that were definitely not there before the explosion. So where did they come from, and how did they get here? Did the explosion bring them here?

Luckily, the actual damage from the earthquakes was minor, and there were no actual downed buildings, just some that were now slightly cracked and in need of repairs.

The natives slowly closed in on the newcomers, warily eyeing them and wondering what their intentions were. But rather than looking angry or upset, they just looked confused and curious. Why not introduce yourselves to them, and to each other?

The official royal welcome wagon might even show up soon!

"...how many worlds will I have to go to before I get frequent flier miles because this is getting annoying."

That came from a unicorn all decked in red as she shook her body and dusts off her hat. Taking a look at her now hooves, Yukiko sighs and takes a look around.

"If it helps, I'm kind of glad Yua-chan isn't here." The red mage can just picture her friend in the town square screaming FUCK YOUR FRIENDSHIP MAGIC and Yukiko shudders. Stumbling along, trying to get used to walking on all fours again, she goes to find anything from ponies to newspapers to SOMETHING that would explain why she's here. Because she can't depend on the Echo just in case that got nerfed.

"Excuse me," she asks the first pony or creature she sees. "Are you from town? May I ask you a couple questions?"

He might not be the first creature she sees, but Skyfire is likely the largest. It's very hard to miss a huge, white and red dragon walking carefully down a street. He keeps checking signs and seemingly looking for something.

"I'm not... but feel free. I may not be able to answer, but I can try."

Yukiko is used to seeing dragons in one shape or another but this one seems rather polite...and quite possibly in the same boat as her when it comes to world travel.

"Anything may help...but what do you remember before coming here?"

[caelum_ignis_draconigena]

They were in the same boat, at least as far as them both being displaced and not knowing how they'd gotten to this world.

"I was working on an expansion to my home... I have no idea how I got here either." He sighed "At least aside from a couple of bad reactions, nobody seems to mind my form and size..."

"Dragons seem to be normal around here and you're not causing any harm to the town so they more than likely assume you to be friendly." She replies with a little smile. The poor guy is just trying to deal with crazy and he's doing a good job so far.

"I'm Yukiko by the way; second Equestria to arrive to and third...forth world I've been to. What's your name?"

[caelum_ignis_draconigena]

"I can only hope that is the case." He was friendly back in his home world too, and that didn't always go so well.

"My name is Skyfire." Pausing a moment, he lets out a small groan when the rest of that statement sinks in. "So this happens fairly often?" Crashing on earth was bad enough, but at least that had been his own fault...

"Depending on the people;" Yukiko nods as she explains. "Some travel between worlds quite often and some places see it more often than not. This...might be one of those worlds that have not."

[caelum_ignis_draconigena]

"Ah, I mean more the... involuntary nature of this travel." He sighs "I was already stranded on one world not my own, but that was at least my own fault. I can see no possible way that I could have caused myself to travel here..."

He'd finally managed to be fairly comfortable with being stuck on Earth, it was... home. He'd likely never get back to Cybertron, that was something he'd comes to terms with, getting stranded again though... Well, at least he seemed to be somewhat more accepted here. Skyfire was trying to look on the bright side at least.

"Y-Yeah, none of the trips were chosen by me. All I've done was just adapt to the situation and make the best of it." And as she looks around at all the native ponies kind of gawking.

"And I think these folks sadly have no knowledge to get us out. So I guess for now, we just figure out a place to stay and go from there."

[caelum_ignis_draconigena]

"Wonderful..." Skyfire lets out a sigh. "I suppose I should just be grateful that my appearance here isn't causing a panic... Though I think you may have an easier time finding a place to stay than I will." His size was a 'big' issue after all.

[betweenlightanddark]

"Size, maybe. Availability however...and besides, it's not the first time I camped outside." Yukiko shrugs like it was nothing. "I'm an adventurer after all; we do those things that no one else wants to or can't."

[caelum_ignis_draconigena]

"Wouldn't be the first time sleeping outside for me either, granted I'm not looking forward to it but it won't kill me." He pauses a moment in thought. "I wonder how far from town I'll need to go to find a spot that won't inconvenience someone..."

[betweenlightanddark]

"I wonder if they have dragon sized houses in town. Or if possible, I've known folks in Ponyville to lend rooms as long as you help them out somehow. Kind of like some kind of exchange."

She's...trying to help. It's hard trying to stay positive thinking all the time.

[caelum_ignis_draconigena]

"Sadly I doubt it. It looks as if most of the population here is about your size. Though perhaps there is a farm nearby that will let me sleep in an empty grainery or barn for a few nights." He chuckles a little. "If nothing else I could help till fields for the next year, I'm big enough to get it done fairly quickly."

"Or we can build you a house."

Yukiko what?

"Pretty sure that's possible."

[caelum_ignis_draconigena]

That causes Skyfire to chuckle a little.

"I don't think we would need to go quite that far. I just need somewhere out of the weather for a few days while I research the area and find somewhere to I would be permitted to build something myself."

He looks thoughtful before shaking his head.

"Besides, I don't think scaling up a house would be too practical. The amount of wood alone..."

Later-ish? Not much later

While the question wasn't heard, later there was someone (or someones) familiar calling out overhead, as Yukiko walked around.

"Fluttershy! Yukiko! Yua! Patchouli! M'iles! Kori! Ziva!"

Fluttershy perked up upon hearing her name, but didn't recognize the person who said it... should she approach? Should she...

"U-Um.... excuse me... h-how do you know my name?" She'd already approached before she could decide to bail.

There was a sound not unlike brakes screeching as the blue Alicorn skidded to a halt in midair, looking down at the yellow pegasus.

Well, the reaction wasn't what she'd like, but it's a Fluttershy. She literally couldn't say no to that.

Touching down with surprising ease for an apparent newpony, the robed pony smiled kindly at Fluttershy, and made sure to adjust her posture and voice to suit the situation. "Ah, well, Ah, uh...Ah've been to another Equestria. Somethin' like what happened here happened there, an'...well, Ah might know another Fluttershy...or...three?"

She rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly. "And was travelin' with one recently...hence yellin' your name. Sorry for confusin' ya."

But instead of getting too sheepish about it, she gently held out a hoof for Fluttershy. "Ah'm Nephenee. Nice to meet ya."

You know how some folks would hear their name and then suddenly bolt over in some kind of hug or one of those joyous tearful reunions that are on made for TV movies? Yeah, that ain't happening because this kind of thing is actually normal for the group. How many times have they gone to an alternative world and popped back out into Limsa or Kugane?

"Over here! It's just me so far."

There is a happier sounding laugh as Cirno takes to the air for a moment and waves.

"On our way! At least there is three of us so far!"
