Sleeping dragon? Not so much.
Who: Skyfire and whoever happens to find him.
What: He's sleeping outside while waiting for permission to set up a home, because he doesn't want to be a burden on the locals.
When: A couple of days after arrival, any time between the early evening and early morning.
Where: Random spots around the edge of town and the local forest areas.
It wouldn't kill him to sleep outside for a while, at least that's what Skyfire kept telling himself. During the day between the sun and walking around, he could ignore the cold, but he was finding that at night it was a different story.
Even though it wouldn't kill him, it didn't mean that it was a pleasant experience. Finding a place out if the wind wasn't too hard, but he was still feeling rather chilled. Being organic was really different from being his 'normal' self, he'd never realized just how sensitive organics were to different temperatures.
Being curled up with his wings covering as much as himself as he could manage made things somewhat better. Princess Celestia had been kind enough to agree to help find him somewhere he wouldn't be an inconvenience to the locals, so he thought he could handle being cold for a while... Still, he'd welcome a distraction as sleep was going to be rather difficult.

“Is everything alright?”

"I'm fine, thank you for asking though..." He was lying (somewhat badly at that), but he really didn't want to bother anyone. "Do you need me to move?" With as big as he was, he could easily believe that he was in her way somehow.
no subject
“No. I was just worried, since it’s rather cold out and most dragons don’t like the cold that much.”
She’s saying it as if she has personal experience.

"Finding somewhere large enough for me to fit isn't easy after all." It wasn't as if he could fit into any of the local housing and he wasn't so inconsiderate as to just start digging and making somewhere for himself either.
no subject
“Do you need anything to eat? Drink?”
Pause.
“A blanket, perhaps?”
no subject
Stubborn Skyfire is stubborn, and also not used to people wanting to help him. He's used to being the one to help, not to be the one accepting it.
no subject
“Okay, listen. I’ve decided to help you. Please do not be startled when I come back and start draping you in blankets.”
A brass hoop appears behind her and she trots through it briskly, vanishing into thin air.
no subject
"What the..?" He just shook his head and wondered if he'd just imagined that. If not, this place was going to take a lot more getting used to than he thought. Getting up, he went over to investigate the area that she'd just left from.

She seems to have wrapped a large, fuzzy blanket around herself like a cape.
“Bonjour! If you are ready, I can begin draping you in blankets!”

"Even if I did fit... Wouldn't that just inconvenience everyone else?" Plus Starlight hadn't offered, so he didn't want to assume anything. "I also might scare some of them?" He gives Megumin a look, remembering her initial reaction to him.
no subject
It had been a long, agonizing week waiting for that abandoned castle to be located. But thanks to her patience being rewarded, Megumin had a long-standing target now.
no subject
Even so he was still massive, and quite unsure of what kind of damage he may cause to the place in his sleep if he moved... Though he was rather relieved that Megumin didn't appear to be angry and seemed to at least be trying to control herself when it came to explosions.

"Stop being so stubborn."
no subject
"It would be rude and disrespectful to just show up as well..." Since it didn't look like she was going to drop this, he figured he could make a small concession. "If it makes you feel better, I'll ask her tomorrow if I can stay for a few days..." He still doubted that he'd fit without annoying the others staying there, but at least asking might make Megumin happy.
no subject
"Didn't you hear? They invited people to stay there, so you wouldn't be a bother." Said Megumin.
She got a fiendish grin on her face. "Or I could just light you on fire to warm you up."
no subject
Well, he's trying to get her to understand basic manners... though he thinks it's going in one ear and out the other.
"Oh? Light me on fire huh?" He grins "Does that mean you've learned something besides explosion?" Because all that 'explosion' had done was cover him in soot and knocked him on his rear... Not what one would really consider being 'lit on fire'.

"...Skyfire?"
no subject
"Billy?" He blinked a little, trying to focus on Billy's face rather than the light he was producing from his horn.

"I'm alright..." Well, that could be up for debate but Skyfire wasn't going to complain. He thought he could deal with a few cold nights. "How about you?"

He smiles at Billy, glad to spend a bit more time with him. Shifting himself around a bit, Skyfire curls up his tail and tosses a blanket over it so Billy could settle on it instead of sitting on the ground or having to keep standing.
